Ariel, my 10 kitty started having seizures. At the emergency clinic he was sedated, had an MRI, and a spinal fluid tap. He was in the hospital for 2 and a half days. The claim process was incredibly easy and I was notified right away when additional records were needed. The claims staff was also very helpful when there was a problem with the bill from the vet office. They worked with the vet office and got it resolved. It was nice to be able to focus on getting back my cat on the road to recovery and not the bill.
