I don't understand the problems some people said they had with PetPlan. We sent in claims for a single incident with bills that went into the low thousands (including a neurology consult and MRI) for our 2.5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Even though we had to pay the 30% specialist co-pay, we were still way ahead of the game. The reps I spoke to on the phone were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Claims were paid promptly. I wish my health insurance was this good and easy!!!! We are so pleased that we just enrolled our new puppy, too.
