Insurance For Senior Dogs

My girl Megan was 9-11 and after loosing our 4 year old to Canine Lymphoma and no pet insurance I was happy to find that PetPlan covered our Senior Furbaby. The timing was perfect as Megan has developed some untimely illnesses and me loosing my job having the Pet Insurance has given me a piece of mind. I just spoke with my vet the other day and told her thank goodness for PetPlan. She in turn said that her vet group recommends PetPlan to all their clients. Also PetPlan reimburses the claims in a timely manor. Everyone is so helpful and underestanding. We recently aquired a new puppy and he is now also insured with PetPlan. Again, I don't know what I would do with out PetPlan :-). However it saddens me to say that unfortunately through all Megans illnesses we had to help her cross the Rainbow Bridge last night (October 26, 2010) as yesterday morning through her ultra sound it was confirmed that she had cancer and nothing could be done. Rest in peace my sweet girl.
