I have recently purchased a large policy for two dogs and my cat. I have had to have major neck fusion surgery and I had questions about whether boarding was covered. I have called three times and was on hold or told to leave a message which I did, without a call back. I have left three emails without a response.
It seems as if once you are a customer and your policy money is securely coming out of your bank account monthly, they promptly forget about customer service.

What is of great concern, before I insure multiple pets, is the widely different responses from the company toward clients. Please explain. (916.942.9406)
