I could have saved myself $2,100 and counting in emergency care and vet bills had I enrolled my dog, Weston in a pet insurance plan sooner. Shortly after I enrolled my precious 3 1/2 year old, I learned that his current condition would be considered pre-existing and would not be covered. The Pet Plan associate was so compassionate and understanding, she graciously refunded my deposit almost immediately after I decided to cancel the plan for now. Once Weston is determined to have a clean bill of health, I will promptly enroll him in the Pet Plan based solely on the excellent service I received. Keep in mind, it is extremely heartbreaking and stressful when your pet is sick or injured; adding the burden of the expense for treatment only adds more stress to the situation.
