As a whole. Embrace has been excellent. We definitely plan to re-up our policy next year. The one thing that makes me crazy is that I can't set up direct deposit for my claims through my online portal. I'm just not going to sit on the phone to do that, and the fact that everything else about this process is digital makes it seem so silly that I can't set that up more easily.
