The one and only e-mail I received regarding my claim told me that I hadn't provided the necessary information and despite MULTIPLE attempts, I have not responded so the claim's on hold.
Well, that was the only e-mail I got on the matter, so I'm offended at the implication that I'm ignoring you. Secondly, all the information was included in the original PDF I sent.
The tone of that e-mail needs to be dialed down.
