Pet Plan and all of its staff have been a true pleasure to work with since I adopted Karuna over five years ago. Over the years, he has needed some treatments and Pet Plan has been very easy to work with.
A few months ago, Karuna was diagnosed with Cancer and had the tumor and his spleen surgically removed. There were several appointments prior to the surgery and follow ups since including a visit to the oncologist. This has been a difficult time watching my beloved fur baby have an extensive surgery and knowing the aggressive form of cancer can come back at any time.
In the middle of his treatment, my renewal processed automatically and I regrettably had to contact Pet Plan to discuss the renewal. I was received with kindness and understanding. Susan P. assisted me with the renewal refund and went above and beyond to check on an outstanding claim. She took the time to find out what was holding up the claim and assisted me with what I needed to do to rectify the hold up.
It didn't stop there! She even gave me her email address and encouraged me to send her my claim paperwork directly to her email. Since then, she has followed up via phone and email to check in on Karuna and the claims. This type of customer service is very rare in any industry and I highly recommend Pet Plan to anyone. Pet Plan has been responsive, generous and compassionate especially during a this difficult time.
