I read a lot before deciding to go with Embrace, and I can honestly say that I am glad I did. I read reviews from other companies where claims were denied or took unreasonable amounts of time to be reimbursed. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Embrace. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes, and has had several other related medical complications over the past almost year. I have submitted quite a few claims, and not only was the process simple, but the claims were paid quickly into my bank, and the customer service has been excellent. I am so happy to have confidence in the insurance company I chose.
