I called in to inquire about Dental coverage for our 5 year old Boarder Collie. Was a little disappointed that root canals are not covered, especially with the cost of our premiums. I believe that the age of the animal should be taken into consideration and each case should be reviewed individually. I do have to say that the customer service was exceptional. I even received a follow-up call to indicate that she had given me some wrong information. It would have been easy for her to not call back and ignore the error...I was grateful for the update!
