The process for submitting a claim was very non-obvious, even after talking to one of your support people. There needs to be a way to submit the claim form with a button, not by having to edit the page and save it somewhere. It was especially confusing when I downloaded the claim form from your site, which opened in the browser. I was able to enter values into the fields there, but it turned out those values were not saved. Turns out I had to use an external program - Adobe Reader - to make and save the edits.
