Poor communication/Let's just cancel your claim!

So disappointed in this insurance. Vet has sent information to PetsBest numerous times and still they won't accept my claim. Nothing gets done unless I call and ask the status. They even cancelled a claim because they never received the paperwork (after it was sent multiple ways to them) - they gave me a special fax number that they promised they would receive it on, and claim they never received it! I am tired of following up and requesting info. They even had the nerve to ask me to call my vet again -- I told them to call themselves, I was DONE! My vet said they have multiple clients with the same issue with this specific insurance.
