Hi Adam, we understand your frustration and sincerely thank you for your long-tenured business. Please keep in mind insurance, like car, home, and even our own health insurance, is meant to help you when you are faced with unexpected and/or catastrophic out-of-pocket expenses. The policy you chose for Rover has a per incident deductible of $250.00. The claim you submitted was covered in that it was applied toward your deductible, meaning any future claim for this undiagnosed pain would simply be reimbursed at the 80% with no additional deductible to meet. We are very sorry to see you go and wish you and Rover the best.

They don't care - you can tell by the stock answer they press buttons to spit out on here. You're better off walking away from them, otherwise you'll be like me and find out your policy isn't being renewed after twelve years. The DOI will be hearing about it, along with the BBB and the local television stations. One person can definitely cause a company a lot of trouble, and that's what you need to do with this kind of company.
