Since becoming a member of Embrace I have only twice had a challenge, and it was more about mixing up the claim between dogs, and having it corrected. I have since learned it is best to have wellness purchaes like flea and tick, purchased individually for each dog rather than lumped together.
My only other concern is that I wanted both dogs to be on the 80% reimbursement plan. Somehow a snafu happened, not sure if it was mine or their's, but I cannot get my girl on the 80% without having to start from scratch, meaning waiting periods etc.
But these are minor in the big scheme of things and I am constantly recommending Embrace and the need for Pet Insurance. I cannot say enough great things about Embrace and look forward to working with them as my babies go enter this final stage of their lives. I have peace of mind knowing that as little things crop up now, I have Embrace in my corner. Thank you Embrace!!
