I've had a plan for my dog for over 3 yrs. I've never submitted a claim. My premium went up each yr because of my dog getting older, a few dollars, understandable. I [thankfully] received an email that my auto payment didn't go through. They insist on taking the payment out on a different day then when I said money would be available. When I called to fix this, is when they told me my premium was $80+ when it was $40. The end of a fruitless conversation with a representative, was she could/would not give me a new quote on a premium, unless I paid the new higher payment first. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard, not telling a client an estimate of a new premium, knowing the client has already said they are cancelling the policy unless they can get a more affordable rate . I will warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this company
