I normally do not fill out surveys however, I felt compelled to share the exceptional service I recently got from a happiness manager. I called not too long ago after having some questions on which plan was best for my kittens, Leo and Luna. Kimberly was very personable and spent a great deal of time talking me through my options and helped me pick out the best plan. I was impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm. Overall, I had a great experience. It was refreshing to receive such great service from people who clearly know so much about the insurance industry! Thank you!
