I have had other pet insurances before (like VPI) and they were terrible. There was always a reason why they wouldn't cover something or if they did cover something it was within a predetermined compensation schedule that was pretty terrible -- meaning although I would pay $1k to the vet for an injury, other insurances would say "well we think it should have cost $200 so we'll only pay you that". Healthy Paws is nothing like that. You pay, your pet gets injured, they pay. Plain and simple. The way it's supposed to work.
