This is the second time we have been sent a "canned" response to a claim for Sassy whom we lost in early October. I believe you need to revisit your responses so that you have some compassion for those of us who have lost pets. This time, I couldn't even pull up the claim on the Portal as she is no longer with us and on our Portal. Although I gave you an overall rating of "1' on the claims regarding Sassy, we are Breeders and have always encouraged our new puppy owners to consider Embrace. If we have many more of these "insensitive" responses, we will look elsewhere to insure our 6 dogs and encourage all of our owners to do the same.
