We have had insurance with PetFirst for probably 7-8 years and had always had a wonderful experience, and the best customer service ever. I must compliment Darcy and Wanda.
Darcy has walked us through the very worse time with our Fur Baby, Miss Dottie. She suddenly became very ill and Darcy was always available to help, advise and assist in processing our claims, also, she has the most compassion I have ever seen in Customer Service. We knew her treatment was going to ongoing and she would require testing and medication. We left no stone unturned for our senior baby, and after the deductible, the checks were mailed to us in a timely manner. She went to Rainbow Bridge September 17th. I cannot thank PetFirst enough for the years of wonderful service and would advise any Pet Parent to enroll their Fur Baby in one of their plans, before it's too late. You don't need insurance until something happens, but don't wait until you need it. We didn't wait...we are so grateful to all of you and highly recommend PetFirst to everyone we know that has a pet.
