I have been dealing with Healthy Paws for around three weeks now trying to get them to cover two vet visits that I recently made with my dog Chase. Although I haven't gotten to the process of getting them to actually pay for a claim, they have done nothing but ask for paperwork over and over again. After giving them every single piece of paper that I have ever been handed by a vet in reference to my dog, they claim that they still need more paperwork. So, while they twiddle their thumbs, we will wait and see what excuse they attempt to use to not pay my claims.

It is not a default response to notify a pet parent more than once for medical records. There are times a pet parent has either sent in their pet’s records (or had their veterinarian send them) and unbeknownst to you and your vet, some portion may be missing or it did not transmit correctly if faxed.
