I will keep this short and sweet. We have a dog that has a chip with 24 Pet Watch. We have moved several times in the last threes years that we've had the chip and tried doing an update for our permanent address today and wasn't allowed to unless we paid extra for it. The customer service has been awful with each person I dealt with and no one has been able to help. I have another dog with a chip from HomeAgain and updated her's with no issues or extra fees. Taking my business there and I hope this company get's it together and stop taking advantage of those who actually take care of their dogs.
