Bait and switch and scam!

Out of 10

I got this insurance after reading good reviews in 2012. I had only one claim for less than $100 in all that time. The rates kept jumping up, and the congenital things were being called pre-existing. So I called to cancel after the last rate hike and finding out the deductible was for each thing. I thought I was talking to a high pressure telemarketer. She then said she'd send me an email, and I had to fill something out and return it to cancel. The email didn't come that day, and I forgot about it, assuming she cancelled it like I said to. Then I found out that I was still being billed for it. So I went through emails until I found it, and there was nothing to fill out! So I sent it back, saying to cancel it and give me back my money. After a month, I just got a phone message and ANOTHER email with all the high pressure talk and more talk they want me to do to cancel. This is a scam!! The high rates and what they won't cover, no one needs this. Put money into a sock drawer and save yourself the hassle!

I am having the same issue - called to cancel in September, had the high pressure sales pitch and policy still has not been cancelled, while monthly premiums are being deducted out of my bank account. I have talked to them several times and each time I was assured the issue has been settled when it has not been. It would have been better to put monthly premiums into a savings account to pay for vet care!
