I've used another carrier previously, VPI, but was extremely dissatisfied with the predetermined low rates, the denial of claims for repeat issues, slow payments and lack of customer service. I found myself arguing with someone in California just to obtain a partial payment of claims submitted when my little pug died. As if I wasn't already upset enough!
I've used Embrace for two years now and am very pleased. They pay promptly, and cover everything they say at the rates the vet charges. You might pay a little more, but its worth it.
