I felt like I did half the work. Two claims were filed and they were confused on which claim went to which pet hospital. After many email, faxes and phone conversations, things got cleared up. It was very frustrating doing the work when I'm paying Trupanion for the service! Then, I get a major rate increase! Also, representatives are slow to respond to emails, when it concerns more claims on the same pet. I guess it's wrong to expect quick turnaround, but we have to pay on time! They are a 24/7 company......right? Not sure if I would recommend or not.
