The insurance wasn't really so bad, but when it came time for a big claim, they wouldn't pay. I called them specifically because I didn't think something would be covered and they assured me it would be. I filed all the claims and continued with all the vet visits and "oh by the way, we won't pay that... you should have read the fine print... and it isn't our fault that even though you specifically asked about it that we advised you incorrectly"...

Had the same experience, if the customer cant trust the advice from an organization they are PAYING to provide a service, who should they trust for the correct info? So very sad, I had such higher expectations from a organization of this callibur
