I have two dogs insured with Petplan, and I have submitted claims for each of them. The claims process went quite smoothly and fairly quick, for both, considering all of the items I submitted. But this claim went even better than the first! I submitted a question via email, and was lucky that Melissa answered my question almost immediately! She volunteered to be my contact throughout the process and kept me updated and helped answer any other questions I had along way. Including a missing receipt that she helped add into my ongoing claim. She took the initiative to contact me - with the updates I only had to contact her when I had questions. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much Melissa I appreciate all your help, it really made it a lot easier!
