It takes over a week after i submit the claim to receive communication about it. There is alwasy the excuse that there has been an overwhelming number of claims. Then they invariably state they need to get more info from the service provider. The service provider tells me they turn the info over in 24 hours. Then I wait another week.This is for the exact same medical claim type (hydrotherapy) over a period of a year.
I think Pets Best needs to hire more staff.
