I have a new kitten, purchased an Embrace policy for him because of course, he is a family member. I took him to the vet on 07/20 for a wellness visit. I faxed over my claim form on 07/21 and received an email today, 07/24 notifying me that my reimbursement would be direct deposited into my account today!!! What FAST and AMAZING service.
