My weimaraner puppy has had some serious intestinal issues which required a complex surgery and some complications afterward. I am very happy with the handling of the claims and the prompt attention and payment, with just one drawback. I believe Embrace's expectations of the veterinarian are unrealistic. To require them to elaborate on treatment when they provide a detailed invoice is taking up their time and costing them money, when they receive no direct benefit from the claim. My fear is that as this happens more and more, my vet will refuse to take the time to do this. Other than that, Embrace has been one of the best decisions I've made.
