I had insurance. My credit card did not go through so they told me about it. I gave them another one, went in the hospital. Come to find out three months later when I went to send my bills in for the last several months, they said that they cancelled my policy due to nonpayment. No one ever contacted me to tell me my credit card did not go through. Credit cards are declined every day for one reason or another. It was their responsibility to contact me when they cancelled my policy. They cancelled my coverage with no contact. FRAUD

Tamara, I'm so sorry this happened to you. We do email you twice and mail you a letter about all billing issues so I'm not sure why they did not get through. We would much rather have the billing information updated than let a policy expire :(
