We have been completely honest with this company but they have turned down every claim even the vet office appointments ( no surgery or anything expensive was submitted) NO previous health issues were submitted yet still no reimbursement!!! We were charged every month for the premium amount instead of every quarter and have not gotten a refund or a call. They use very friendly staff to get you to sign up then turn down every claim that is legitimate.I am going to call the BBB.

It sounds like you may be submitting claims for wellness care, and if you don’t have the wellness endorsement added we wouldn’t be able to cover those types of claims. I would highly encourage you to contact customer care. We would be more than happy to explain your coverage and, if desired, help put you in a plan that would better suit your needs.
