My Dog Zoe was recently diagnosed with Cancer. The news itself was so difficult to hear. She needed immediate surgery and would be taking chemo afterwards. The pain and stress that accompanied her diagnosis along with the questions around treatment and cost. Were at first overwhelming. I am very happy to say that is has been working out wonderfully. Her surgery went with out a hitch and she has improved tremendously. I want to send a profound thank you for the wonderful customer service and warm caring support I received. I would like to recognize one specific Pet Plan employee "Katie Miller". She made it possible for me to focus my attention on the decisions that were best for Zoe and myself. She explained the claim process I needed to compete for my Pet plan pre-authorization and subsequent claims, then personally followed their progress. She requested and submitted the additional request for paperwork and information and kept me abreast of the progress. Thank you Katie - Zoe and I both truly appreciate the time and effort you put forth to help us through this journey. Its the people that represent a company that give it the reputation it deserves.
