When I received my last EOB, the bottom paragraph asked for this review. I usually don't give one unless the company is truly spectacular. So here's the review. I have never, ever had a problem with a claim, and my dog has had health problems since day one. In her 12 years, she's had 3 shoulder surgeries (covered up to the maximum for that claim), multiple ear infections (ditto the above), and now heart disease for which she's had to see a cardiologist. THAT was expensive. I have never, ever had a problem, and I've received reimbursement in the 3-5 day range for most of it. They've gotten really busy lately (yea for them!), so it's taken up to 10 days for the heart reimbursement, but still...have you ever seen our health insurance work that well? I have 3 cats on the cat illness plan (around $8/mo each). One ate a string for which he had to have surgery to the tune of $2000. Covered. The best part is the customer service-always warm and friendly, and usually asking how the pet is doing.The old lady pup has gone on the wellness plan as well since she's older and needs more exams and yearly procedures, and that's been very helpful too. I can't say enough good things. Love this company and surprised more people haven't heard about them. I spread the word all. the. time.
