PetPremium has been great so far! I just renewed my policy and don’t plan on changing – I even added the routine wellness package this year. I have filed three claims in the past year, and I received my reimbursement check in the mail within two weeks each time. My dog, Howie, luckily has not had any major incidents, but I like knowing PetPremium will be there to help cover the large bills as well. When I asked questions about my reimbursement, the customer service people were courteous and helpful answering all my questions.
