I have been trying to get my numerous claims processed since April (it is now September). Every time I call someone gives me incorrect information (wrong fax number, incorrect e-mail address, wrong information on how to set up direct billing, etc. etc.) I was told that a supervisor would call me 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. I am on hold with them now. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I told them that I think that they are taught to give the wrong information so that the people will give up on the claims that they have submitted and they never have to pay out.
