It is also,(like your claims dept.), unbelievable that I can't even call the claims dept., so says customer relations dept. Maybe you should change your name to Pet Fourth. Also what a painstaking process for filing an appeal. Is that another claims trick? That who is actually going to do all the foot work, plus a vet appt. for the correct information?
