I have been a Petfirst customer for years. I have five dogs insured. Petfirst has always handled my claims fairly and processed them in a reasonable amount of time. If there was one small concern, it would be interacting with their website. It is often very slow to navigate to different pages and there is no easy way to update credit card information for automatic policy renewal. I had to call in the info which was not the preferred way for me to transmit sensitive data like that. I might recommend that the website master invest some time into making the website faster and more user friendly. That's just my personal opinion. Otherwise, no problems with Petfirst all these years, and despite the minor internet issues, would still continue to recommend Petfirst.
