My dog recently started having seizures and when I called Pet Plan in a bit of a panic to have his MRI and Spinal Tap pre-approved for the next day. The customer service rep was incredibly helpful and within an hour had it pre-approved and followed up with a phone call to let me know. She also looked into the claims I had outstanding and had them all approved at the same time. Couldn't have asked for better service.
