I called on a Monday to get insurance for my dog and the very next day I had to take her to the vet due to an accident. when I was selecting the policy the lady said it would be in effect at 12:01 that night. The very next day when I took my dog to the vet they said it wasn't covered because it doesn't go in effect for another two days. Pet lunch didn't take out the money for the actual pet insurance just yet so I told them to cancel it since it wasn't going to be covered. The very next three days I was charged for the insurance which I cancelled and I asked for a full refund. They said that they would give it to me and it would be 3 to 5 days for me to receive it. The next two days after that I received only partial of the refund and was livid. I called pet watch described my situation and how frustrated I was and they said they had no record of me cancelling and that they could not refund it since it was for the whole month. Even though I canceled it before it even took out of my account I still can't get a refund and I think its bullshit. Also the call center people were very rude and not showing empathy on my situation I can care less. Don't get this insurance if you want to have trouble all the time.!!! I even said for the manager to call me so we can discuss this. Make sure you save all document even calls to Pet watch for proof.
