poor customer service

We adopted a dog and called to activate the free month of insurance. I listened to the reasons and hard sell from the rep about upgrading, but ultimately decided we'd try the month out and not upgrade. She got frustrated and hung up on me. Just a poor representation of the service and I should I decide to have pet insurance it won't be with 24 Pet Watch.
