We came home from work 6 weeks ago to find our 4-year-old Scottish Terrier unable to put any weight on his back left leg. Following an immediate visit to the vet, he had completely ruptured his ACL and required surgery to repair it. He had the surgery 3 days later and I faxed my pre-certification and claim forms to Embrace. I received an initial email following receipt of the claim that indicated it would take 5-10 business days to review and pay the claim. Unfortunately for me, Embrace had just instituted a new computer system and it took a lot of follow up on my part and the final claim payout took about 30 days. I am hopeful to have a smoother experience. Overall, Embrace does have good customer service once I was able to reach them.
