Do NOT Purchase Embrace Pet Insurance!

This this the first time I've purchased insurance for my dog. It's fine until you need them to pay. I have been waiting approx 2 mos.+ and so far I have not seen the reimbursement. Oh, they say a person will contact me, but, of course they do not. Would definitely not recommend this company, and it's a good thing I now know a lot of people with pets.

Jan, thank you for sharing your experience. I took a look at your claim and see it was covered (it did take 20 days since it was your first one but I apologize for the long length of time even so) and the covered amount went towards your deductible. I see you have a yahoo account so perhaps your email service filtered out our email? I'll email you directly with the link to the info so you can see the Explanation of Benefits and have an Embracer call you to make sure you got the info.

I have been an Embrace member for nearly 8 years and never had an experience such as you describe. That is very atypical. It is true that your first claim each year is subject to a deductible. I have found Embrace to be very professional, with no surprises about what was ultimately covered.
