Worst Experience Ever

I have 4+ claims pending with the company and they are denying all of them due to what they say is a pre existing condition which when I signed up for the insurance they told me would not be an issue. Once I started to submit the claims that non issue was the reason they have denied the claims. My vet and I have both tried to call and get answers and there is so much red tape you can't get any answers. Last Friday I finally got a managers number to call on Monday and when I called for him they informed me he no longer works for the company and there is no other management that I can talk to. I feel like they are avoiding my calls and my claims. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unhappy customer. WORST PET INSURANCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE>
