I submitted 2 claims for my new English Bulldog puppy last week. I just got an email this morning that they were reimbursing me on the 1st claim that has been processed. They are super fast and very kind. I called customer service (was never put on hold), spoke with Tyler and he got me set up with direct deposit in less than a couple minutes. I am 100% HAPPY that we got Embrace!! We will never have another pet without it!
