Good Customer Service Makes a Difference

I called to discuss the rate increase and received very bad customer service. I called back to cancel the insurance. After talking to Joe Koenen, he explained the reason for the rate increases in simple terms, and he helped me find a rate that met my budget. He was kind, professional, and empathetic with my concerns. That's all I wanted.
