Our Corgi broke her tooth chewing on either her antler chew or on a Nylabone. I discovered she was in pain when I tried to brush her teethone night. Her veterinarian needed to remove the broken tooth and the surgery went well. Our claim was rejected at first because of how the medical record from our veterinarian was written. The claims office at Healthy Paws informed me of this so I was able to obtain a letter from our veterinarian giving precise details of our dog's injury and surgery. I then sent this letter to Healthy Paws. Healthy Paws approved our claim the next day. Healthy Paws has always been so caring with our dog when we needed them, everyone at Healthy Paws handles each problem and question I have with such courtesy and they pay our claims so promptly - usually within a week.
I recommend our friends and our veterinarian to Healthy Paws because this company is a wonderful company. I am so glad that I found them.
