Submit comment Posted: 10/27/2014 By:   Congratulations on getting your claim paid quidkly but I have found that you are an exception to the rule. Does Embrace pay their claims as listed in the policy? Yes. Do they pay in a timely manner? NO! NO! NO! I am still waiting on three claims from September 30th and October 13th to be paid. I find that with each and every claim they become slower and slower. I have contacted them twice about the claims from Septemeber 30th and each time they were supposed to "expedite" their payment yet, I am still waiting. Unfortunately I just renewed my policy but I am already looking into other companies to possibly switch to next year if things do not improve. I pay my premium on time each month and expect any claim I have to be paid in a timely manner as well.
