Customer service and claims service terrible

My cat had anorexia and was not eating and throwing up for five days. My repeated attempts to submit the claim form both by fax and Mail along with vet records was a nightmare. Customer service would deny anything had been received. My past claim on a dog took over a month to be paid even though they acknowledged everything was received. My cat claim was denied even though they eventually had the forms. Even the wellness claims can take weeks to be paid. the only thing they do on time is collect premiums
