I've been with 24Petwatch for 6 years(since 2009) and had a claim in 2014 and one in April 2015. The claim process is low-tech and painfully long. I had to fill out the form manually then fax; email submission just started this year 2015). From submission to receiving the claim check took 2 months! I had to call to check on status and the wait time was as long as 10-15 minutes! Twice, I selected the option to leave the queue and have 24Petwatch call me. Well, both times they never called me back as promised.
The claim process was extremely slow and frustrating. They made mistakes and declined my 2nd claim so they sent me an Reassessment Request form and told me it will take up to another 8 weeks for them to process my request!!!
I found another pet insurance company that offers much higher coverage for comparable premiums so I am leaving 24Petwatch. Very disappointed!
