I was with PurinaCare and loved them. Since I have been with this company they very hard to get in touch with and do not return your call once you are put in a que. They are extremely slow to pay. Going to another company the first of next month

I have 2 dogs that have seen the vet twice in the last two months. Claims were submitted properly, but I have not received any information. I called today and was told by a young man that they have merged or just bought other smaller pet insurance companies and they have new systems... Didn't give me a real reason for why MY claim was delayed, just said he would expedite today, and I should hear back by the end of the week. After all these claims are paid, we will be leaving

They take forever to pay out the claim. You are forever on hold when you call. I had Purinacare before and they were excellent. They sort of have us because if anything is "pre-existing" we cant switch and get this covered. I would like NOTHING more than to switch

I put in a claim a couple months ago and I am getting the run around every time I call to check the status,I am planning on changing companies.
